Steve Elliott, PE, CEM
Co-Founder
Steve leads the engineering and technical side of Ease Sustainability Group. He's a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), with over a decade in commercial energy compliance and retrofit work. His background spans audits, benchmarking, and on-site execution across large-format retail (Costco), industrial operators (Stanley Black & Decker), and job sites across the United States, Mexico, and South America.
Abishek Ramesh
Co-Founder
Abishek leads our strategic direction. He holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Energy Systems) from Columbia University and has spent over a decade across clean energy fields, including solar, wind, hydro, and energy efficiency. His background includes portfolio decarbonization, corporate sustainability, building energy modeling, and construction management, backed by the project management discipline that carries big-picture goals into on-site execution.
